On a change of venue from the Platte County Circuit Court, a jury in the Clay County Circuit Court found David L. Pan-ter guilty of selling a controlled substance (heroin) and fixed his punishment at 20 years’ imprisonment. This appeal is from the ensuing judgment and sentence.
