Phyllis Pollokoff and Robert Pollokoff, appellants, filed a declaration in the Superior Court of Baltimore City claiming "individually and on behalf of all others similarly situated” $3,000,000 in damages from the appellee, Maryland National Bank. The trial court granted the bank’s motion raising preliminary objections on the ground that the minimum monetary jurisdictional requirements had not been met in this non-jury law action.
