By Amended Complaint, filed November 23, 1951, plaintiff, Interstate Reclamation Bureau, a partnership composed of three persons, all citizens of Texas, sues William J. Rogers, in the employ of the United States Government as Regional Director in charge of the enforcement of the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938, Sections 201 et seq., Title 29 U.S.C.A., and John A. Lake-man, Jr., Investigator, and T. J. Rauch, Field Supervisor for the Enforcement of such Act, all citizens of Texas.
