In a child support proceeding pursuant to Family Court Act article 4, Syed Abidi, the mother’s husband, appeals, by permission, as limited by his brief, from so much of an order of the Family Court, Nassau County (Greenberg, J.), dated March 14, 2008, as denied the mother’s cross motion to quash judicial subpoenas duces tecum served upon him by the father and *727directed him to fully comply with the judicial subpoenas duces tecum dated November 6, 2007, December 11, 2007, and January 2, 2007, respectively.

Ordered that the appeal is dismissed as academic, without costs or disbursements.
