The defendant was indicted, tried and convicted of theft by receiving stolen property. Motion for new trial was filed, amended and overruled. The appeal is from the judgment and sentence. Held:
Counsel for defendant was employed on Friday, February 18, 1972 (replacing previous counsel) and obtained a continuance until the following Monday. On- Monday, February 21, 1972, he filed a special demurrer.
