Writ of error; from Clinch. Motion to dismiss. The judge’s certificate to the bill of exceptions in this case bears date March 28, 1917. The defendants in error were served on March 27, 1917. (After stating the foregoing facts.) It has been held: “Where the judge of the superior court signed a bill of exceptions as of a certain date after the rendition of the judgment to- which exception was taken, there is no provision of law for *798counsel to suggest that such certificate did not speak the truth in this respect.” Cordray v.
