The suit was a complaint for land, and upon the conclusion of the plaintiffs’ evidence the court entered a judgment of nonsuit. In their petition the plaintiffs alleged that they were the sole heirs at law of Posey Wilson and that there had been no administration nor necessity. of administration on the estate of their ancestor.
