This is an appeal from a summary judgment granted in favor of appellees in a suit based on an alleged wrongful foreclosure under a deed of trust. We affirm the judgment of the trial court.

Appellants defaulted in early 1976 on a promissory note payable to defendant Bank of Harris County National Association, secured by the property in question under a deed of trust naming appellee Bacarisse trustee and appellee Bank of Harris County National Association as beneficiary.
