West Chester, Pa., April 20, 1918.

Mr. L. B. Davis, Elk City, Kan.:

Dear Sir — I have your letter of April 17, and note contents. I will sell the N. E. 14 of 22-31-13, Elk county, Kansas, for $2,800 net to me. This for immediate acceptance. Yours truly,
