Plaintiff appeals from this court’s order of February 8,2011 granting defendant’s preliminary objections in the form of a demurrer and dismissing plaintiff’s complaint.
FACTUAL BACKGROUND
On September 26, 2010 the plaintiff, Carl Greene (hereinafter Greene), was removed from his position as Executive Director of the Philadelphia Housing Authority (hereinafter PHA).
