Before this Court are the petition of Sun Company, Inc. (R&M) (Sun) to vacate an arbitration award and the cross-petition of the Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission (Commission) to confirm the arbitration award.
Sun operates gasoline service stations at the turnpike service plazas, as the assignee of the lease agreement (Lease) entered into between the Commission and the Gulf Oil Division of Cumberland Farms, Inc.
