This case is before the Court on the Plea in Bar and Motion to Dismiss of Nationwide General Insurance Company ("Nationwide") seeking to be dismissed as a party to this proceeding and a dismissal of all claims by the plaintiff against it. Nationwide was served with process because the plaintiff alleges that it must extend coverage to her as an underinsured motorist (UI) carrier.
