WIENER, Circuit Judge:
In this appeal from the enhancement of his sentence under 18 U.S.C. § 924(e) for, inter alia, a prior burglary conviction, Defendant-Appellant Antonio Martinez-Cortez asserts that the evidentiary basis of the enhancement was insufficient under the United States Supreme Court’s decision in United States v. Taylor. Although, under the requirements of the Taylor decision, we find error in the district court’s acceptance of the government’s evidence as adequate for enhancement, we do not find the enhancement to be reversible when we review the sentence under the standard…
