Property Management Services, Incorporated, filed a suit for specific performance of a contract for the sale of land against Mrs. Mary Sewell Crooke et al. *411The contract which is the basis of the suit provided in substance that the defendant in error, under the terms of the contract, had the option to buy described lands at a fixed price within a period of 14 months from the date of the contract.
