In an action to recover damages for personal injuries, etc., the plaintiffs appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Vaughan, J.), dated July 31, 2001, which denied their motion to restore the action to the calendar and granted the separate cross motions of the third-party defendant and second third-party plaintiff, ESAB Group, Inc., doing business as L-Tec Welding & Cutting Systems, Inc., and the defendant first and third third-party plaintiff, T.W. Smith Corporation, to dismiss the complaint.
