On December 21, 1998, this declaratory judgment action was instituted by Plaintiff, Zurich Reinsurance (London) Liniited (“Zurich”), seeking to have this court determine rights under a commercial general liability insurance policy issued to Defendant, Westville Riding Club, Inc. (“West-ville”).
