_JjThe defendant was charged with first degree murder and aggravated arson. *465The State later amended the bill to charges of second degree murder and aggravated arson. After a bench trial, the defendant was convicted of manslaughter and aggravated arson. The trial court imposed a fifteen-year sentence on the aggravated arson conviction and thirty-year sentence on the manslaughter conviction. Following a hearing on a motion for new trial, the trial court re-sentenced her to twelve years at hard labor on the arson conviction. The defendant appeals.
