This is a review by the respondents, Claire Jordan and Juanita Jordan, by way of Writ of Error of an order entered by the Circuit Court of Rock Island County, after a hearing on a habeas corpus petition filed by Beulah M. Buell, the mother of Baby Girl Buell, a minor. The finding of the trial court was that the petitioner, Beulah M. Buell, was entitled to the care, custody, and control of Baby Girl Buell, born April 10, 1958, and that the respondents had no legal right to the custody of the child.
