CROW, Judge.
Plaintiff, Central Bank of Lake of the Ozarks (“Bank”), sued Defendants, James E. Shackleford and Marcia A. Shackleford, for principal and interest due on two promissory notes. Defendant James E. Shackleford (“Shackleford”) 1 filed a counterclaim against Bank for “tortious interference with a business expectancy.”
The trial court granted a motion by Bank for summary judgment on its claims against Defendants, and entered judgment for Bank against both Defendants for the principal and interest due on each note. Defendants do not appeal that adjudication.
