OPINION

{¶ 1} This matter is before the Court on the Notice of Appeal of George Moore, filed October 24, 2007. On January 3, 2006, Moore was indicted on one count of aggravated robbery, in violation of R.C. 2911.01(A)(1), with a firearm specification and a repeat violent offender specification; one count of failure to comply with an order or signal of a police officer, in violation of R.C. 2921.331(B), with a firearm specification; and one count of having weapons while under disability, in violation of R.C. 2923.13(A)(2).
