— In an action to recover damages for the conversion of the plaintiff’s decedents’ personal property, the plaintiff administrator appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Scholnick, J.), dated December 12, 1983, which denied his motion for summary judgment on the issue of liability and for an assessment of damages by a jury.
Order reversed, on the law, with costs, motion granted, and matter remitted to the Supreme Court, Kings County, for an assessment of damages.
