— I concur in the result reached by the majority opinion.

This proceeding commenced with the filing of a “juvenile complaint form” on January 17, 1966, charging Appellant with being a delinquent, the acts of delinquency being unlawful entry, theft, and consumption of alcohol. The proof related only to the consumption of some alcoholic beverage.
