Appeal from an order of the Family Court of Broome County (Ray, J.), entered March 28, 1988, which granted petitioner’s application, in a proceeding pursuant to Family Court Act article 4, to direct respondent to pay for support of his children.

Petitioner and respondent were married in 1970. Two children were born of the marriage: Bernadette, on August 9, 1975, and Monica, on October 27, 1972.
