PER CURIAM. *

This disciplinary matter arises from formal charges filed by the Office of Disciplinary Counsel (“ODC”) against respondent, Elise Mary Beth LaMartina, an attorney licensed to practice law in Louisiana.

UNDERLYING FACTS

During the 2004-05 school year, respondent’s child attended Tchefuncte Middle School (“TMS”) in Mandeville, a public school in the St. Tammany Parish School Board (“School Board”) district.
