This is an action to enforce a mechanic’s lien. Plaintiff Petar Grgic (Grgic) appeals from a summary judgment entered in favor of defendants Carl and Barbara Cochran (Cochrans). We affirm.

The Cochrans hired a contractor to build a house for them, and the contractor hired Grgic as a sub-contractor. Grgic sued the contractor for breach of contract and filed a lien statement against the Cochran’s house. A default judgment was entered against the contractor.
