Appellant, Charles' D. Cole (“Defendant”), was convicted by a Greene County jury of domestic assault in the second degree, § 565.073, RSMo 2000; 1 armed criminal action, § 571.015 RSMo; and leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident, § 577.060 RSMo.
