Plaintiff brought an action against defendants seeking specific performance of an alleged insurance contract and damages. Defendants filed a motion to dismiss the complaint pursuant to section 48 of the Civil Practice Act (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1979, ch. 110, par. 48).
