WOLLMAN, Circuit Judge.

Juan Garcia pleaded guilty to conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute methamphetamine and cocaine in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 846. The district court 1 applied a four-level increase to Garcia’s offense level by finding that he was an organizer or leader of a criminal activity that involved five or more participants. United States Sentencing Guidelines (U.S.S.G.) § 3Bl.l(a). Garcia appeals his sentence, arguing that the district court erred by applying the four-level increase.
