The adult son admits that a homestepd right inhered in the real estate. His claim is that on the sale of the real estate the widower and minor children were not entitled to $500 out of the proceeds of the sale, but only to have that amount regarded as a fund in which their interests were of present values for the unexpired period of minority as to the minor children and for the life of the widower as to him.
