Appeal from a judgment of the Ontario County Court (Fred*1709erick G. Reed, A.J.), rendered November 2, 2007. The judgment convicted defendant, upon a jury verdict, of burglary in the second degree, criminal mischief in the third degree, assault in the third degree, menacing in the second degree and coercion in the second degree.

It is hereby ordered that the judgment so appealed from is unanimously affirmed.
