MEMORANDUM OPINION

This matter comes before the Court on the “Joint Cross-Motion for Partial Summary Judgment on the Amended Motion of Che-quers Investment Associates II for Relief from the Automatic Stay and for Other Relief.” The Debtor, Churchill Properties VIII Limited Partnership, an Illinois limited partnership (Churchill), is represented by Attor neys Keith Shapiro and James T.
