MEMORANDUM OPINION

John Wayne Polly was found guilty by a jury of driving while intoxicated. The sole issue Polly presents on appeal is whether the trial court erred in denying his pretrial motion to suppress because he was arrested without an arrest warrant and no exception in the Texas Code of Criminal Procedure authorized his warrantless arrest. We affirm the trial court’s judgment.
