Smith, J.:
This claim has been filed to recover compensation for lands appropriated by the State pursuant to the provisions of section 59 of the Conservation Law and chapter 146 of the Laws of 1917 and acts amendatory thereof and supplemental thereto.
*806The claim was tried at a term of this court held on October 29, 1923, the trial resulting in judgment in favor of the claimant and against the State of New York in the sum of $584, which judgment was duly entered on November 20, 1923.
