Plaintiff AG Limited d/b/a The Arundel Group (“Arundel”) brings various claims seeking, in essence, compensation for its efforts relating to the private equity acquisition of Buffalo Grill S.A., a French-owned chain of Western-themed restaurants. Arundel, an investment bank, collaborated with defendant, Liquid Realty Partners, LLC (“LRP”) in Spring 2005 regarding the Buffalo Grill acquisition. Def.
