Defendant-appellant Bryan K. Williams appeals the district court’s order finding him ineligible for a sentence reduction. Williams pled guilty to three counts of trafficking in crack cocaine and one count of being a felon in possession of a firearm. The district court sentenced Williams to 135 months’ imprisonment. In February 2012, Williams filed a motion to modify his sentence pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 3582(c)(2), which the district court denied.
