MEMORANDUM OPINION
LIAM O’GRADY, District Judge.
Before the Court are Defendant’s Motion for Attorneys’ Fees and Expert Fees (Dkt. No. 188) and Defendant’s Bill of Costs (Dkt. No. 190). Upon review of the motions and the briefs in support and in opposition, it is hereby ORDERED that Defendant’s Motion for Attorneys’ Fees is DENIED. It is further ORDERED that Defendant’s Bill of Costs is GRANTED in part and DENIED in part.
