| ¡.The defendant, Logan Nestor Mills, was convicted by a jury of armed robbery, armed robbery "with a firearm, aggravated obstruction of a highway of commerce, and two counts of attempted first degree murder. His sentence for the conviction of armed robbery was vacated after he was adjudicated a second-felony offender, and he was sentenced to seventy years at hard labor.1 He was sentenced to fifteen years at hard labor for the aggravated obstruction of a highway conviction and forty years at hard labor without benefit of parole, probation, or suspension of sentence for each conviction of…
