Plaintiff, Thomas M. Noesges, Jr., appeals from an order of the circuit court of Du Page County which dismissed his complaint against defendant, Servicemaster Company, based upon section 1 of the Frauds Act (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1991, ch. 59, par. 1).
