The matter before the Court is a Motion to Remand and/or Abstention filed by the Debtor and Plaintiff herein, Castle Cheese, Inc., against one of its secured creditors *588and the Defendant herein, FirstMerit Bank, N.A. For the reasons set forth below, the motion is denied.
