T1 Reginald Orlando Mathis, Appellant, was tried by jury and convicted of Possession of Firearm After Former Conviction of a Felony, in violation of 21 O.S. Supp.2005, § 1283(A) (Count II); Possession of Controlled Dangerous Substance (Marijuana), under 63 0.8.
