Order of the Supreme Court, New York County (Blyn, J.), entered April 23, 1985, inter alia, granting plaintiff Mandel’s renewed motion for the appointment of a temporary receiver, is unanimously reversed, to the extent appealed from, without costs, on the law and the facts and in the exercise of discretion, and the motion is denied.
