This matter is before the court on plaintiffs Motion For Order Prohibiting Disclosure Of Confidential Information. The court conducted an evidentiary hearing on the motion and the parties submitted briefs in support of their positions.

Defendant is charged with appraising certain industrial properties for ad valorem taxation. ORS 306.126. It is also charged with supervising property tax administration generally. ORS 306.115(1).
