OPINION

PARKS, Judge:

Appellant, Roy K. Hunnicutt, was tried by jury in Muskogee County District Court, Case No. CRF-83-706, and convicted of two counts of Attempting to Knowingly Conceal Stolen Property (21 O.S.1981, §§ 42, 1713) (Counts I and II) and two counts of Felonious Possession of a Firearm (21 O.S.1981, § 1283) (Counts III and IV), before the Honorable James E. Edmondson, District Judge. The jury set punishment at three (3) years imprisonment on Counts I and II and two (2) years imprisonment for Counts III and IV.
