COFFEY, Circuit Judge.
The jury found that the defendant, Lam-pert Yards, Inc., had discriminated against the plaintiff, Robert G. Tice, in dismissing him because of age. Upon review the dis trict court, however, found that there was insufficient evidence to support this verdict and granted Lampert Yards’ motion for judgment notwithstanding the verdict. Tice now appeals the district court’s decision. We affirm.
