This is an appeal by Marcella Dunbar (hereinafter “Petitioner”) from an order of the Circuit Court of Cabell County accepting the Petitioner’s plea to the charge of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and sentencing the Petitioner to the State penitentiary for not less than one nor more than fifteen years.
