Palughi and Leo Gene Bennett petition this Court for a writ of mandamus directing the Circuit Court of Mobile County to set aside its order of January 28, 1986, wherein that court ordered a separate trial for all counterclaims and third-party claims, separating them from the consolidated condemnation actions pending before the circuit court.
