This adversary proceeding is before the Court on the Motion to Dismiss the Amended Complaint filed by Defendants Daniel P. Caswell and Gennell D. Caswell ("Defendants") on May 29, 2018. [Doc. 13]. The Court granted the parties an additional two weeks to file any supplemental materials regarding the pending Motion to Dismiss the Amended Complaint and then further extended the deadline through June 15.
