MEMORANDUM

BARTLE, District Judge.

Plaintiff Michael Jones filed this action against the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania for violations of 42 U.S.C. § 1983 and Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act (“ADA”), 42 U.S.C. § 12131 et seq. In a Memorandum and Order dated January 5, 2000, this court granted the Commonwealth’s motion to dismiss plaintiffs § 1983 claims on Eleventh Amendment immunity grounds. Jones v. Pennsylvania, Civ.
