The above-named habeas petitioner is in the custody of the respondent at the Oklahoma State Reformatory at Granite, Oklahoma, by virtue of the judgment and sentence of the District Court of Oklahoma County, Oklahoma in case No. CRF-74-1220. Therein, after a trial by jury the petitioner was convicted of the crime of Attempted Robbery With Firearms After Former Conviction of a Felony and sentenced on July 10,1974, to 50 years imprisonment.
