This proceeding constitutes an appeal on questions of law and fact from the court of common pleas of Cuyahoga County. The action is one in which the plaintiff seeks to quiet title to certain land now and for many years past, used for purposes incidental to the maintenance and conduct of a Church known as The Church of the New Jerusalem, sometimes called the “New Church” or “Swedenborgen Church”.
